BIRDS Conseil, created in 2015, is a consulting and coaching firm that is specialised in accompanying transformations of humans, managers and organisations all through their lives. With a group of certified Coaches, rich in proven operational experience, and endowed with an innovative approach, BIRDS supports developments and potentials towards success.
Nelly Dubout and Dany Nassif, BIRDS Associate Directors are united by a common vision of their profession, human development and relationships. The unconditional adherence to a code of ethics that they support with their team provides a framework that is both efficient and secure allowing agility, innovation, personalization and confidentiality. They advocate an integrated coaching practice based in particular on internationally recognized approaches: Strengths GALLUP™, Systemic ORSC™, Coaching & Leadership CTI™ (Co-Active Training Institute). Since 2020, they have been developing, in addition to the firm, the ORSC and CTI coaching schools in French.
