Présentation du binôme
Nelly Dubout & Dany Nassif have known each other since 2016, and very quickly developed a bond as associate directors of the BIRDS Coaching & Formation firm and in working with teams.
They both have a joy for life and entrepreneurship. They like to discover new people, new teams and support them towards one of their areas of expertise “the optimal relationship”. Indeed, their favorite subject is Relationships with a capital R and the knowledge of relational dynamics. Nelly is trained in ORSC™ systems and Dany is a member of the ORSC™ faculty. And they are both certified in the approach by Gallup forces. They bring to the teams they support:
Awareness of Relational Intelligence thanks to the ORSC™ system.
The deployment of their talents thanks to Positive Psychology and Gallup Strengths.
The integration of balances between “being” and “doing” thanks to the Co-Active approach.

We have this strength that we both love: positivity! And let’s provide the teams we support with energy, positive energy to move towards their challenges. Sometimes, it’s also about learning to laugh again, to have good times as a team.
What do you like about working with teams and what do you think you can bring to them?
We enjoy practicing our profession together, sharing these moments where we are at the same time explorers, facilitators, observers, reflectors of the teams. These moments when we are synchronized and connected to help the team grow in its knowledge of itself, in its connection to its unit (its third entity as we call it with the ORSC™ system), and of course to its potential. drawing on the immensity of his talents.
Often a team uses only a small part of its talents. Our challenge and what we bring is to multiply this so that it can go further, more easily and more efficiently. Let her be in her flow! And when we follow the team over time, the satisfaction is celebrating it with them, seeing the smiles and relationships shine with their achievements.

The type of team and the problem
A team that had merged, with two different worlds, one in science and the other in marketing. The challenge was to help them create a team and not two sub-teams linked by obligation.
The process
- A questionnaire of expectations in advance to each member of the team anonymously
- The little extra: a green seminar in a significant place that brings together the essence of the product around which the two teams work
- Remote monitoring sessions
A day and a half with the team:
- Break the ice with Picasso-style portraits
- Get to know yourself better with the Tree of Life workshop
- Discover their strengths with CliftonStrengths
- Develop their vision by connecting to the essence of the team
- Identify their common values with the Visit of the Worlds
- Cultivate Positivity with Appreciation Circles
What you brought them
A common world, a collaboration co-constructed for tomorrow with rituals, desires to initiate to succeed together.
The success of your seminars is 80% of you, and 20% of us!
The complementarity of our BIRDS facilitators and the commitment of your teams is the key to supporting change.
