What is
relationship coaching ?
Relationship coaching represents an essential support process aimed at enriching the dynamic between individuals, whatever the nature of their relationship or their hierarchical position.
Its objective lies in developing the capacity of these relationships to work harmoniously, to collaborate effectively and to build – in connection – ideas, visions, projects, solutions, innovations.
This support process allows several key aspects to be explored and strengthened:
- Better awareness of the connection, its feelings and its functioning.
- Appropriation of relational processes by identifying the elements that may be at the origin of difficulties (taking a step back from the management of emotions and analyzing the sources of conflict) and generators of positivity and performance.
