Professional background
- A relationship coach since 2020, Julia helps groups and individuals improve their relationships for the benefit of everyone. She is also a speaker on the subjects of communication and relationships.
- Julia is involved in the “Communauté des Entreprises à Mission” (kind of Benefit Corporation Association) where she participates in the development of this new model.
- Previously, Julia was employed for 10 years in the Pharmaceutical Industry. Her last 3 years in an executive committee have reinforced her convictions on the importance of collective performance, and in particular the alignment of leaders.
