Created in 2015 by Nelly Dubout, an expert in leadership and managerial transformations, the firm BIRDS Conseil was born from the merger of its expertise and that of a collective of coaches.
In 2018, Dany Nassif, expert & facilitator of managerial transformations and member of the ORSC – CRR Global faculty, became a partner of Nelly Dubout to jointly manage BIRDS Conseil.
