A follow-up booklet is given to the coachee, inviting him or her to formalize the path taken.

Tripartite sessions are held with the coachee, the manager and the coach (optional with HR, for a quadripartite session).

AN EXAMPLE OF INDIVIDUAL ACCOMPANIMENT

We recommend a course of between 10 and 20 hours, depending on the need, with a minimum of 8 sessions, including 2 tripartite sessions, over a period of around 4 months.

COACHING PATH

A few key points:

  • The process remains flexible, with work topics adjusted according to the coachee’s progress and the priorities discussed in tripartite meetings.
  • Between each session, coaching includes the provision of tools and teaching aids produced by the firm, as well as, if desired, a personality inventory (MBTI, Cliftonstrengths or 360°).
  • Sessions can take place either in our Levallois offices or remotely. We do, however, recommend that you meet with BIRDS Coaching in our offices, for the best possible perspective.
  • For reasons of confidentiality, we do not take minutes.
  • It is recommended that the line manager schedule regular meetings with the supported employee.
  • The tripartite sessions serve as a point of synchronization and feedback on the part of the supported employee.

INDIVIDUAL ACCOMPANIMENT BUDGET
ESTIMATE

  • We offer our customers a complete accompaniment package: coaching and tools, availability of the coach by phone and email between sessions.
  • Our rates are set by the hour of coaching over a number of months agreed together.
  • Duration: 20H
  • 1 certified coach – €500 excl. tax/hour): €10,000 excl. tax*.

* This fee includes an appointment to get in touch with one or two coaches of your choice, access to a talent inventory (such as Gallup’s CliftonStrengths™) or personality inventory (MBTI type), deliverables, as well as the possibility of carrying out sessions on our premises.

Our coaches

The coachee can choose his or her coach from among our Professional Coaches.

Our coaches are supervised, follow a code of ethics and are supported by a collective practice dynamic.
