Individual coaching sessions cement the understanding of talents and enable each individual to deepen their understanding and learn how to use them more effectively in their role and life. We recommend these sessions to leaders and managers, to ensure the successful harnessing of their talents. All the more so, if they ensure that their team members deploy this approach, and do so with a long-term perspective.

During coaching, people will be able to explore their talents in more detail, and see how these manifest themselves in their management style and performance. Coaching will also help them identify how best to capitalize on the individual strengths of their team members.

We recommend a series of individual coaching sessions for leaders and managers to ensure the ongoing development of the Talent Philosophy, to support them in implementing this approach within their team, and to hold them accountable for their actions. With ongoing, tailored support, the implementation of the Talent Philosophy has every chance of being a success.

PATH N°1: TALENT DISCOVERY

This workshop offers trainees/participants an introduction to strengths-based personal development and an understanding of their five main talents. It is the starting point for anyone embarking on an exploration of talent philosophy. For many, it’s necessary to shift their mindset from weakness-based to talent-based development.

In this workshop, we help participants understand their talents and how these manifest themselves in their work and can help them succeed. We also show them how talents can manifest themselves in negative ways, and give them some tips on how to use them more effectively.

By the end of this workshop, trainees gain a new appreciation of how they and their colleagues work, and learn how to capitalize on each other’s differences in the workplace. 

Program:

  • Understand each other better and identify why we act the way we do
  • Appreciate the individual talents each brings to the organization
  • Draw up a development plan for your top five talents
  • Discover how our strengths combine to make us “unique”.

PATH N°2: ACCELERATING FORCES

A strong point is the ability to deliver consistent, near-perfect performance in a given task or activity.

This workshop builds on the first and helps participants reach a new level of understanding of their talents and actions in the workplace. A “Full 34 Talents” report is required for this workshop.

Very often, our potential lies in our top 6 to 12 talents. With a clear understanding of their top 5, we invite participants to analyze their 6 to 12 talents and how these contribute to their success. We also delve into the participants’ weaknesses and examine how their talents can be used to correct them.

This session uses coaching techniques to improve participants’ self-awareness and eliminate any blind spots regarding their own behaviors. At the end of the session, participants gain a better understanding of how they can apply their 12 key talents in their daily tasks to achieve success.

This workshop is designed for teams who want to improve the way they work together. When we fail to fully understand and appreciate the talents of our colleagues, it can lead to misunderstandings, frustration and lower productivity. With CliftonStrengths™, we want to demonstrate that compatibility is not something that is discovered, but something that is created and shaped through awareness and effort.

During this training, we focus on the characteristics of a high-performance team and how its members can use their talents to collaborate more effectively. We focus on partnerships within the team and on teamwork in general, using the four areas of strength to provide insight into the value each person brings to the team.

This workshop provides strategies for working better with colleagues. As a result, the team enjoys greater cohesion and unity, enabling everyone to bring their talents to the team.
