TEASIO, a simpler coaching journey to follow
A secure platform designed to support coaching programs
BIRDS Coaching Digital Journey
Effective coaching relies on the quality of the relationship with the coach. It also requires a clear framework, easy-to-schedule sessions, and resources available at the right time. With TEASIO, BIRDS brings every stage of the coaching journey together in a shared digital space tailored to each engagement.
A guiding thread for every coaching journey
From setting up the coaching journey to evaluating its outcomes, TEASIO helps organize every stage of the process: scheduling sessions, sharing documents included in the engagement, accessing resources, tracking progress, and collecting satisfaction feedback.
Each participant can find everything relevant to their journey in a personal space. This allows the coach to devote more time to the coaching itself while relying on a structured framework for follow-up.
Better visibility for HR teams
When a company runs several coaching programs, TEASIO provides an overview of the entire setup. HR teams and sponsors can track the progress of each journey, access shared administrative documents, and review the key indicators needed for oversight, according to the access rights defined for their role.
This visibility makes it easier to coordinate engagements and monitor their delivery. Confidential exchanges between the coach and the participant remain protected.
An experience tailored to your engagement
Individual coaching, manager support, or a program rolled out across several employees: each journey is configured according to the objectives and the people involved. TEASIO makes it possible to centralize deliverables and keep a record of completed stages, including for remote or hybrid coaching engagements.
The platform therefore supports the way we work: personalized coaching delivered by BIRDS coaches, with clear reference points for everyone involved.
